1. Agreement to Terms

These terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and KƐ́LÁH, concerning your access to and use of our platform, web interface, and mobile applications. By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms of use.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3. User Obligations & Account Registry

To register and use KƐ́LÁH compliance features, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and update it promptly.
  • You will safeguard your login password, MFA tokens, and secure biometrics configurations.
  • You will not upload fraudulent invoices or tamper with generated receipt security tokens.

4. Fees, Billing, and Subscription Plans

KƐ́LÁH offers Free, SME, and Corporate tiers. Premium subscriptions require active recurring billing authorizations. All payments are processed securely through licensed regional payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

KƐ́LÁH provides compliance calculators, automated filing entries, and OCR intelligence "as is". While we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of local African tax configurations (via the African Compliance Engine - ACE), KƐ́LÁH does not constitute certified legal or formal accounting counsel. You should review final tax statements and annual filings with certified tax practitioners before statutory declarations.

6. Governing Law

These terms of use and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the country jurisdiction selected in your compliance config settings (e.g. Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
